Our services are designed to provide personal care at home. We value service users as individuals and take their choice of care into consideration. We offer a consistently high quality of care by valuing the dignity of our clients and respecting the diversity of their needs. All our care is Outcome Based.

Services Provided

Immaculate Grace Care Ltd provides Domiciliary Care Service. The level of assistance required and/or delivered is dependent on the outcome of each individual’s assessed needs and capabilities. These services will be undertaken by Care workers competent in providing the care required.

Live-in Care

Our carers and support workers are able to provide full-time, 24-hour care services for the elderly and all other service users in the familiar surroundings of their own home to enable you and them to live a good quality of life and retain yours and their independence. We can offer support with personal care, housekeeping tasks, provide companionship and all other domestic care tasks as required and identified. Live-in care and companionship is ideal if you or a loved one needs more intensive support and care but wish to remain in the comfort of your own home.

You receive completely tailored, one-to-one attention day and night from your support worker, who lives with you. Our live-in services can include any combination of our housekeeping and personal care services and can be entirely tailored to your – or your loved one’s – needs.

Palliative Care (End of Life Care)

At Immaculate Grace Care we specialise in End of Life Care. Our carers have a passion for care which makes a real difference to people’s lives in the last days of their living. Our goal is to provide high quality personal care for people in the final period of life in the comfort of their homes. To achieve this, we:

  • Ensure patients have their symptoms controlled and monitored
  • Enable patients to be as comfortable as possible in the last moments of their life so that they can die peacefully in the comfort of their own home as per their wish.
  • Encourage security and support through advanced care planning, involving the service user, their family and/or any other nominated representatives.
  • Empower carers through regular training, communication, listening and addressing issues proactively and promptly at all times.
  • Educate staff to increase competence and confidence when providing palliative care.

Personal Care

Dressing, undressing and bathing are aspects of everyday life that many of us start finding difficult over time. If you care for a loved one, there may be many reasons why you would like help with your loved one’s personal care, from feelings of embarrassment, to worries about safety (particularly if it means needing to move or lift your loved one). Our experienced and highly trained staff can solve the problem by taking on as much or as little responsibility as you wish, stepping in when you need us to. We offer personalised care services suited to your own individual and this includes

  • Assist with Rising and Retiring
  • Privacy respected assistance with personal hygiene including oral care, bathing, hair washing, shaving with electrical or battery powered shavers and ambulating
  • Assist with maintaining hydration and nutrition
  • Assist with mobility
  • Emergency and non-emergency respite care
  • Emergency home care in situations where clients may have been discharged from hospital unexpectedly.
  • Catheter care and Colostomy bag care
  • PEG feeding and NG feeding
  • Medication Supervision/administration
  • Palliative Care

Supported Living

We provide Live-in support services as a positive alternative to residential care. We provide 24-hour supported living services to younger adults with learning difficulties to help you retain your independence and carry out your daily activities in order to meet your

We also help people to get fully involved in their communities and to have the same opportunities as everyone else. We work with them and their circle of support, as well as other carers and social services to do this.

Respite Care

Our carers and support workers are trained and have a wealth of experience to provide short-term home care services for your loved ones while you take a break from your roles as a carer. We also offer emergency Respite Care in emergency situations where you may fall ill and are unable to look after your loved ones. Thus, enabling you as a carer, to ensure that your loved ones continue to receive the help and support they need whilst you are away.
